Terms of Use

Buxhet is a personal budget tracking app at buxhet.app, operated by Ağış Aydın Göksuna, based in Komuna e Parisit, 1019 Tirana, Albania ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using Buxhet you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give your real name, country and date of birth when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
• Use an email address you control. We send account messages there.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
• An account is for one person and for personal use.

Buxhet lets you record wallets, income, expenses, transfers, debts and recurring payments, and shows you balances and summaries calculated from what you entered.

• Buxhet does not hold or move money. It does not connect to banks, cards or payment services. The numbers in the app are records, not funds.
• The results are only as correct as your entries. The rules the app follows are explained on How it works.

Buxhet is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in it is financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. The decisions you make with your money are your own; ask a qualified professional when you need advice.

Buxhet is free for everyone for now. We may introduce paid plans later. If we do, we will announce the prices and what each plan includes in advance, and you will never be charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself.

The records you enter are yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run Buxhet for you. What personal data we keep and how we protect it is described in the Privacy Policy.

Feedback you send helps us improve the app. We may use your suggestions freely, without owing you anything for them.

Please do not:

• use Buxhet for anything unlawful;
• try to reach other people's accounts or data, or get around security measures;
• overload, scrape or disrupt the service, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the app.

The Buxhet software, name, logo, design and texts belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the app for yourself; they do not transfer any ownership.

We work to keep Buxhet available and your data safe, and we keep backups. Still, the app can be interrupted for maintenance or by faults, and features can be changed, added or removed. If we ever decide to close Buxhet, we will give you reasonable notice so that you can take your records with you.

• You can stop using Buxhet at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by writing to support@buxhet.app.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Unless it is urgent, we warn you first.

Buxhet is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available, or that its calculations fit every purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions you made based on the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away the rights you have as a consumer in the country where you live.

These terms are governed by the law of Albania, and disputes go to the courts of Albania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may also bring a claim there. We would rather solve a problem directly: please write to us first.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We announce important changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect; if you keep using Buxhet after that, you accept the new terms.
